Objectives:
To work for uplifting poor rural/village people for their overall development and Provide scholarship/Financial loan to poor rural/village people for their overall development for farming and business start ups
To provide help to people suffering from Natural calamities such as flood, Earthquakes, motor accidents etc.
To educate the people for adoption of the good norms of a good citizenship and to teach the people the benefits of ideals of national unity.

To propagate the need for tree plantation / pollution control and environmental awareness.
To help and generate training programme for self employment of women and educated unemployed people and to work for adult education.
To create the means for providing medical assistance to the people suffering from diseases, especially for helpless people.

To arrange land, building and other facilities for running school/college institution/Library etc.
To raise funds through collection, donation or subscription and other means and invest money or incur expenditure in such manner as shall promote the attainment of aims and objectives of WCG101 .

To promote community water-supply through conservation and preservation of traditional water sources, rain-water harvesting and recharging of ground water.
To provide consultancy services for planning and designing of community water-supply, waste-water disposal and solid waste management schemes and provide services for hospital sanitation and waste disposal.
To establish an academy/center university for the pursuit of higher education and studies in various skills.
To carry out technical and social research and development studies on various aspects of environmental sanitation and community water-supply.
To reduce the morbidity and mortality rate of infants and young children due to diarrhea and to stabilize the rate of growth of population.
To undertake health and hygiene promotional activities, including setting up of health-care centers for women.

Every woman, man, youth and child has basic needs that must be met if he or she is to live in dignity. A life of poverty means that basic needs go unfulfilled, and fundamental human rights are violated. WCG101 is a team working with passion and commitment, upholding feminist ideology with integrity and responsiveness while providing equal opportunities for all.

WCG101 SUBSTANTIVE AREAS OF WORK:Women Care Group101 hopes to work with communities to encourage development and better standards of living through its training community development projects.Micro workshops, free education, Skill learning centers, campaigns, papers, seminars, Training programs and other development related areas etc.
Women Care Group101 approach to restore human dignity to the poor has five distinct stages:

Poor women and children whose jobs are to scavenge through refuse as a means of livelihood face the danger of falling sick from bacteria, virus or related disease often contacted when exposed to a dirty environment. WCG101 takes up liberation of poor women and children including scavengers by providing a special training and free education for the kids.
Women Care GROUP101 organizes programs to train them in various vocations such as driving, mechanics, tailoring, typing, computer, cane-work, carpentry, leather-work, masonry etc. Besides, Women Care Group101 also works towards the improvement of living conditions and economic standards of other poor and oppressed classes. This includes people residing in urban slums and squatter settlements. For this, various wings of Women Care Group101 work tirelessly to promote better health and hygiene conditions through demonstration and awareness as well as providing hardware solutions and also giving the slum residents especially women and girls training in various employment oriented vocations for financial security and increased self-confidence.
FREE EDUCATION FOR THE POOR WOMEN & CHILDREN: Education holds the key to any major change and development and is essential to improving the condition of the traditionally oppressed scheduled caste communities. With the objective of imparting quality education, Women Care Group101 Public School, a premium English Medium School , was set up in Phnom Penh
The School is recognized by the founder of Women Care Group101 and volunteers from Cambodia , United Sates and Europe it provides education up to tenth standard. Apart from academic activities, co-curricular activities are regularly organized at school to promote social integration among students. To avoid perpetuation of segregation that characterizes the special schools for the scheduled castes, the school is open to the children of families from non-poor communities also Who are encourage to pay a minimum fee to help maintain the schools standard thus we consider it a donation from the well to do families otherwise it’s free for the poor. Children from poor and scavenger families are provided tuition fee waiver and free uniforms, books and stationary.
NEW DAWN FOR THE POOR : Women Care Group101 is small NGO working on Poverty worldwide, the objective closest to the heart of Women Care Group101 is ensuring social equity in the highly caste-ridden hierarchical society by guaranteeing of human rights and dignity to the scavengers/poor and disabled who were denied the same for generations.
The end goal is to make them economically independent as this is the only way to eliminate poverty. Women Care Group101 Provide a certified courses from six-months to one year training courses in the market-relevant trades of Audio-equipment and Television repair, Beauty-care, Computer, Electrical, Stenography, Embroidery, Tailoring, Fashion Designing, English & Computer Typing and literacy , secretarial courses, hotel management, guards. Chauffer etc..
The programs and results thereof are evaluated by ITI staff and certificates are
Awarded by the Directorate of Training and Technical Education, NCT of any center /country where we have our training centers.
Women Care Group101 believes in direct, unimpeded action for training for two Years giving them help and more time to learn more this will help them in gaining jobs. Women Care Group101 deliberately and consciously includes women as both students and instructors in the re-education and training process.
“One way of raising awareness against the evil of poverty is to raise the curiosity of people about issues related to poverty and make them more appreciative of their lives”.
In the future Women Care Group101 shall persuade a large number of eminent persons in the future including judges, politicians, ministers, journalists and social workers to "socially adopt" one scavenger/poor family each and help get jobs and other benefits permissible under the law. The adopter visits the adoptee (and vice-versa) openly so that the poor women and children get social respectability. This program has already been adopted by other reputable NGO is getting a very encouraging response with more and more people coming forward to adopt Poor families.
